Scotland's First Minister Alex Salmond was in Livingston today to officially open West Lothian's new £50 million Civic Centre. The centre is thought to be the largest public sector partnership in the UK housing seven of the county's services from the Divisional Police Headquarters to the Community Health and Care Partnership.
