EDINBURGH, UK - 14th May 2010: Prime Minister David Cameron paid his first visit as Prime Minister to the Scottish Parliament today calling for a fresh start in relations between the Scots and UK governments. Speaking on a visit to Holyrood, accompanied at Holyrood by his new Scottish Secretary, Danny Alexander, Mr Cameron also called for an "agenda of respect" between the Westminster and Edinburgh parliaments.
