Mary Queen of Scots' last letter will go on display tomorrow (Tuesday 15th September 2009) for seven days only to mark the official launch of the National Library of Scotland's new visitor centre...The 422 year old manuscript, along with a number of other high profile literary and historic treasures, will feature as the focal point for a limited time in the library's new visitor centre, which was the result of a £2.24 million investment package. ..Picture shows Ginnie Barns reading a replica of the Mary Queen of Scots' last letter behind the original at the National Library of Scotland.
